The road to a "new" you!! Ask us today!!
A bit of advice.. Don't take pain management advice from someone who's needs are different than yours. Don't take nutrition and exercise advice from someone if you don't want to (or can't) eat or workout the way they do.... Don't take self-care or self-development advice from someone if they are miserable, or "stuck in a rut". I hear this ALL the time, from clients who feel they have tried everything, and don't know where to turn for help. They have family, or friends giving them advice, but it's not specific to their own needs or goals. That's completely fine.. it may work for them.. But here's the thing.. if you don't know what your specific needs are, and you haven't learnt how to implement these yourself, creating lasting change for your future will ALWAYS be at the end of that tunnel. There are numerous ways for you to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but staying angry and not seeking help is the quickest way to NOT get there.

Multiple healthcare appointments Not doing anything Limiting your daily activities Cutting out the things you love doing Spending time and money on expensive training Afraid to participate in your own life, or favourite sports because there might be a flare up, or new injury And it doesn't work!! NONE of it!! Where do you go from here?! What options do you have to create the lasting change needed?! Why keep cutting corners, repeating the things that aren't working, when you can implement a strategy that is actually going to work?! The data says: More than 1 in 5 adults experience chronic pain. The vast majority of injuries are completely preventable. Chronic pain is the No. 1 cause of disability and disease burden globally.
