Nick Halley joins composer and pianist Dinuk Wijeratne and double bassist Tom Easley to perform this amazing concert in Saint John's Church, Lunenburg, presented by Musique Royale as part of their "Wednesdays at Noon" series. Enjoy listening to the director of the King's Chorus in his other capacity as jazz drummer and world percussionist!

On the advice of the Public Health Agency of Canada, King's College has decided to cancel our Dixit Dominus concert which was scheduled for this Sunday, March 15. This is unfortunate news for all of us who were looking forward to a great performance on Sunday! But we hope to see you at our next concert, which will feature Handel as well as Charpentier's Dixit Dominus, and that you stay healthy. Please email [email protected] with questions regarding ticket reimbursement. Thank you for your understanding.

"The role of Saint Nicolas is delightful... there is a conjuring of this kind of superhero from long ago. And you are in his presence for the duration," says Nils Brown, the tenor soloist who will be joining the King's Chorus in our performance of Britten's Saint Nicolas on Dec. 6, in an interview referenced in this article about the Saint Nick show he is appearing in two weeks in Ottawa before he comes to Halifax! https://artsfile.ca/cantata-singers-open-season-with-a-gi/.
