After a lifetime of working in hospitality, former Kosy worker, returned from retirement, and is now the master cook of the Kosy Shack. Jennifer works tirelessly to make your meals to perfection. She highly recommends a double cheese burger with Swiss and cheddar, topped with sautéed mushrooms plus onion rings . . Meet Karen New employee to kosy, with many talents. This lady can waitress or jump on the grill. She loves to chat, and keeps the conversations going every weekend at the kosy shack while you wait for your food. . . Diane has been working in the hospitality industry for 34 years and joined the Kosy team in January Her fav menu item is the Fish & Chips WITH FRESH CUT FRIES ... . . Kerry, has worked in the hospitality industry for 23 years and has been a dedicated Kosy employee for 3 years! Kerry HIGHLY recommends the boneless rib on a bun . . Shout out to Jessica (not photographed) another Shack employee who is new to the Kosy family!
