As many of you know, Dave and I almost finished our basement earlier this year. I am so thankful because we spent 4 years on 1000 square feet with 1 unfinished bathroom! I have wanted an office to call home for roughly 10 years and now that I have one, boy ohhhh boy do I feel spoiled. Thank you @topnotchwoodworkingandtrim For years offers were written and calls taken hiding in the room above our garage that’s used for storage or at our kitchen table. I haven’t had an office... at Peak for many years as it didn’t make economical sense to drive there everyday while the girls were in care or school. as a Mom we make whatever work that we have to in order to get things done! I am so thankful for this awesome space that just needs some trim and is fully furnished by Wayfair. My glorious custom macrame from @lotsofknotscanada a local artisan who is so talented and the newest addition, a Christmas tree that lights up from the lovely @silviagies! It fits in perfectly! Today I took a virtual exam and it was PAINFUL!!! I love technology when it works!!!After almost 2 hours of frustration, I decided to treat myself to @thegardenstand.ab for supper and had the BEST veggie spring rolls! If you’re looking for local food in Wilmot, I highly recommend!!! Of course I had to do a little shopping and noticed my girls lovely candles sitting on the shelf @sewrusticshop and Christmas bags of goodies made by Chef Brenner. I also indulged in some coffee f...rom @badencoffee! I can’t wait to have a little vanilla hazelnut in my cup tomorrow morning! Tonight I will be sipping some immune boosting tea from @huron.earth. Finally @barofsoap.ca which it’s lovely lavender smells! I can’t wait to try out their amazing smelling loveliness! CONGRATULATIONS to our awesome Buyers on the purchase of their first home together!!! After many viewings and a few homes with a swing and a miss, we landed the ultimate home!
