Glebe renovation is progressing nicely. To date, many upgrades have been made to this beautiful home including repointing of stone foundations, exterior masonry, new structural and non structural framing and blocking, additional skylights, aluminium clad for wood windows, stucco, complete mechanical, new electrical service and distribution, and a much improved building envelope. Now underway is the installation of Warmboard, Inc. radiant heating panels. These panels are unique because they are lightweight and use aluminium sheet to distribute the heat of the radiant pex tubing. This system was chosen because it is lighter than a traditional gypsum over pour and takes up less overall headroom because it is less than 1 / 25mm thick.

Here are some pictures of finished washrooms from level 2 at St.Charles Market. They are looking great but there is more to these washrooms than beautiful finishes. Unseen and important details including the use of cast iron plumbing throughout the building. As opposed to PVC, cast iron significantly buffers noise from faucets being turned on or showers running. #allinthedetails #QualityBuilt
