February 24th is National Cupcake Day! I cant think of a better way to celebrate, then to eat cupcakes, while supporting the Humane Society! My cupcakes will be available at the Belle River Pet Valu on Monday the 24th and all proceeds will go to the Windsor Humane Society. We also have PUPCAKES available for our furry friends! and just like that...summer is over! Back to reality and for me back in the kitchen. Fall can bring many great flavors. Apples of all kinds are everywhere, ciders are being brewed, cranberries make a comeback and of course PUMPKIN SPICE! I look forward to sharing many favorites with you over the next few months. With Thanksgiving just around the corner I will have some desserts available this week.
