For me, I feel the most empowered when I’m travelling or helping people. For others, they feel empowered when they are chasing their dreams, or working towards a goal. But, the serious question is, why don’t we chase what empowers us MORE often? How often do you wake up every morning, dreading going to work or regretting makin...g those plans you so badly want to cancel on. If you aren’t waking up feeling empowered or excited by AT LEAST one thing in your day, how will you ever be truly content with where you are and how you spend your time on this earth? Moral of the story here is folks. What drives YOU and empowers YOU won’t just show up on your doorstep waving its hands in your face. YOU need to get up, go out and find it every. single. day. Believe me, I know it sounds exhausting or even scary having to progressively search for something that fulfills you. But, trust me. Eventually you will be subconsciously finding things that empower you every day. Suddenly it won’t be a chore anymore, it will just be another daily regime that leaves you feeling just a little bit more relaxed, a little bit more in-tune with yourself and a little bit more grateful for the time you spent today. #empowerment #motivation #motivator #womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment

We will have some fun activities and mini workshops catered to helping you learn ways to empower yourself everyday. We have all been called a word that has forever impacted the way we see ourselves. Whether it was because of jealousy, how we look, the way we dress or just solely to hurt us. The "Words Hurt" project was created to showcase that we all have been hurt, but it is up to us to say f*ck that! Together we can change how we let words hurt us.
