Statistics released by the Canadian Real Estate Agency (CREA) show that home sales set an all-time record in 2020 despite the pandemic. National home sales rose 7.2% on a month-over-month basis. Real estate activity was up 47.2% from the previous year and the average national sale price rose 17.1%.
