Please when leaving voicemail that you include: First and Last Name What hair service you want Call back number ... I have been getting lots voicemails without call back numbers. I generally will return all phone calls but I do not if I have no number to call back and no name I cannot/will not be able to. Also if I am busy I do not answer the phone as its only me (one person). And if I am done work and its late I will return the voicemail the following day. I also dont answer messages or answer the phone currently on my days off. If you are cancelling an appointment leave a voicemail/text message 24hrs ahead of time Thank you! (Also you can text me and again Ill reply when I can. But generally quicker then phone calls because I can reply quickly between clients or when they are sitting with colour. I do not answer the phone calls when I have a client for privacy of the person on the phone as I have a small space and they can hear everything if I answer the phone it also interrupts their service.) I must be able to access and do your hair. High risk clients I highly recommend wear a mask. I will have a sanitation area before you enter the salon where you must use the hand sanitizer. If you come in wearing gloves please sanitize and change them to ones that will be provided. All coats, purses and other personal items will be placed in a plastic bin. That will be cleaned/sanitized between each person. Only one person at a time, do not bring anyone with you. I wont be offering refreshments If you bring a drink all garbage must leave with you. No food or eating No talking at shampoo sink or if Im in front of you (cutting bangs) Dont come to appt early unless I text saying other wise. Show up on time. Please dont be late. Lash news: After long time of thinking and having this forced break Im not bringing lash extensions back. They cause my health to be weakened and for me its not worth feeling sick and having breathing problems. I was debating getting a ventilation system until I was forced to close down for those two months and now that is not in my budget. Maybe in the future once everything is more normal and I have steady income again. But at this moment I have to stop doing something I enjoy for the better of my health. Im sorry for anyone this disappoints. And feel free to message me. But until further notice Im not offering lash extensions. -Kelly

They released an open date for salons I will not be opening on this date. Im waiting for more information about what services Im allowed to offer. Then Ill make a post of procedures. Im aiming for June. And once I have an exact date Ill post and be messaging people. ...

Im feeling the love but the messages are becoming overwhelming asking if Im opening. Im just going to make an updated post informing everybody that yes I have seen the news. No we have not received any dates and even if they say I can open tomorrow I have no supplies, no disinfectants and I need to place orders for products. My open date will probably be different than what the government states. As I need to set up and make sure that all my safety precautions are in pl...ace. So please keep an eye on my Facebook page or my Instagram. I will be updating everyone in those places. Also they have said services will be limited. So Im unaware of what Ill even be allowed to offer. That all being said you can still message me with questions, but I have no dates lined up as of yet. Stay safe everyone

Update. I have gone and cancelled any appointments in May 2020 until June 1 2020 at this time. If I Dont hear anything by May 24. Thats when Ill start canceling Junes appts. I cant wait til I can get back to work and do some hair and lashes I miss it! And I miss my clients. I hope everyone is well!

Thought Id do a post of my top products. My hair type is coloured light blonde,fine strands a bit damaged, dry, frizz and naturally curly I rarely wear my natural curl. I like products with low hold, that frizz control, heat protect and soften my hair. Also like tone out yellow. I wash every 3-4 days ... I love to make a custom toning/colour conditioner for extra colouring or to change the colour to pink or anything (options are endless to refresh) With either of the mask I have pictured below! My routine : wash every three or four days alternating between the Amika bust your brass and olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Love the moroccan oil dry shampoo when Im on about day two-three! I do a custom toning conditioning mask once every two weeks to extra deposit and cut yellow. And when styling my hair I use the milkshake Moisture foam and OLAPLEX smoothing cream blow dry, heat style If I am with Ag Fire wall and finish with Maroccianoil light! During this pandemic I can say my routine is stayed pretty much the same besides I havent been heat styling my hair Ive just been throwing it up in a ponytail once its dry but still applying the same products and lots of oil on my end while its up!
