We would like to thank our clients for your patience and support during these crazy pandemic times, curbside pick up and drop off is a lot of running for us but we will do whatever we have to to stay open and safe things you can do to make your appointment go smoothly Be on time- if your dog needs a few minutes for a potty break pls show up a few minutes early so you have time to potty them method of payment can be cash or EMT [email protected] ... grooming instructions can be given over the phone or sent to our fb if they differ from what your pup normally gets pick your pet up promptly after you receive a call from us for pick up, we are trying to time it so we don’t have a line up of cars in the parking lot waiting this is a really important one- please wait for a call from us to come pick up your pet, calling numerous times and coming before called to wait in the parking lot to hurry us up isn’t going to get your dog done any faster.... doing this is taking valuable time away from your dogs spa treatments Thank you Melissa and Chelsey See more
