These chocolate peanut butter balls are a holiday favourite for both of us Here's what you need: 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup icing sugar... cup chopped walnuts (or pecans) cup rice krispies Semi sweet chocolate (start with half a cup and add as required) Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge to chill for 4+ hours. Once the mixture has cooled, scoop and roll bite size balls. Stirring frequently, melt the chocolate on top of a double boiler. Use a skewer to dip each ball into the chocolate, swirl it around, and place the balls on parchment paper to set (make sure to line your tray). Store in an airtight container, in a cool spot and enjoy! It makes about 24 -- and they will be gone before you know it.
