Hey Grey/Bruce!! We have a few more days to collect sealed sleeves/packages of diapers and wipes for the Kabaeshiwim Respite Women’s Shelter and The Women’s House serving Bruce and Grey! Let’s see how many diapers we can donate to these two incredible organizations! Hello Bello’s donation will be arriving soon! ... Donations can be dropped off at Southampton Chiropractic Clinic, Livin Boutique in Port Elgin, The Playful Piper in Kincardine, Sweet Pea Kids Clothing in Hanover or you can contact me directly for a covid safe porch pick up at [email protected] or 226-668-3893. Bonus, you can do some holiday shopping at our community partners shops when you drop off your donations!

Car seat safety is something I’m passionate about. I did a ton of research choosing the right seats for our vehicles and our tall kids. This graphic was just shared with me and I thought I’d pass it along to all the parents!! Car seat laws state the bare minimums for moving babes to the next stage car seat, not the best practices. Max out your child’s car seat limits before moving on to the next stage. If you’re not sure what stage or type of seat your babe should be in, reac...h out to a Child Passenger Safety Technician - you can find one here (link in bio too): https://www.cpsac.org/find-a-tech/ they can help you find the right seat for your child and vehicle and make sure you know how to install and use it correctly... Keep those babes rear facing as long as you can! I just turned my 4yr old around last month when she hit the weight limit of her seat. My 6yr old is still in a 5 point harness, we are just working on booster training with him as he’s just about at the maximum weight for his seat and our 2yr old is still hanging out rear facing for another couple of pounds (he’s a giant baby lol)...
