I learned the other day that I am at the source of what’s possible for another. Now, I may have known that conceptually, although what altered this time round was the context. I didn’t fully understand that my level of belief in what’s possible for another can act as an anchor or wind beneath their wings in their life. To all my parents, coaches, mentors, teachers, leaders, etc. we have a big responsibility. Growth. ...
