We have heard of many kind and thoughtful gestures by companies aimed at helping those in need to deal with the changes in daily life during our current crisis. We know there are condo owners who will also be impacted and, although we cannot change the legislated timelines in place to secure condo fees we want to try and help. The Meritus Group will be waiving our fee for any Notice of Liens that are required to be sent until May 31. Be well.

What a great privilege to be asked to consult with the Ontario Government and condominium industry leaders on the next round of updates to the condo act. Thanks to those that participated in open discussion and sharing ideas and views.
