Gary Mauris did a great job presenting in front of the parliament and bringing to the forefront the gaps and challenges with the new set of rule changes. It was disappointing to see some parliament members so far detached from the reality of the issue and at the same time it was encouraging to see how many members were actually supporting our efforts. These are the issues that us, mortgage brokers face every day!! We love our clients, love this industry and have incredible passion. We provide healthy competition to the big banks while supporting them at the same time. The bottom line is every Canadian home owner, and every Canadian who wishes to become a home owner needs to get behind this industry.
