Take am Epsom salts bath! A great way to relax, ease muscle pain and soothe dry skin.... Clean out your closet! Clearing your mind can come in the form of letting go of material things, which can actually be therapeutic. Take a break from social media! Q: Was it easier to lose weight back in the day? Short answer: YES Long answer: More research is showing that it was much easier to lose weight a few decades ago. Why?... PROCESSED FOODS: One reason is due to processed foods and the abundant amount of additional chemicals, additives, sugars, preservatives and colours we consume as a society. THE ENVIRONMENT: Everything from the air we breathe, the water we drink, the environment we live in and the crops we consume have changed dramatically over the years, impacting our metabolism & fat storage. EXCESSIVE CARDIO: The way we workout has changed too - with an excessive cardio workout mentality becoming increasing popular.
