The FOOD BANK EXPRESS is sending out big Congratulations to our Students and Teachers for the gallant effort in bringing the Express across this fair province o...f ours to help the Community Food Sharing Association. Thank you parents, family, friends and all of our community in helping make this event a success. With your help and the talent and hard work of our students, the total amount collected for the Community Food Sharing Association is $6245.00. There were 14 studios involved which included 33 teachers . Studios were Tutty Flutey, Music Corner, Unison Music Studio, Jennifer Benson Music Studio, Alison McHugh, Melanie Jardine, Anna James, Sarah Loveys Sing Studio,Ovation Music Studio, Jennifer Halliday Music Studio, Joan Woodrow, Johnston and Lear On-line Music Studio, Beyond Music Studio and Margaret Murray Reed. It was wonderful to have Alison McHugh from Corner Brook and Leslie Hewlett from Gander. The Express was kept moving from December 1st until the second week in the New Year. We are so fortunate to have the Community Food Sharing Association to help our fellow Newfoundlanders twelve months of the year. What an invaluable service they do all across Newfoundland and Labrador. Again many thanks to the the students and all of our generous community! Best wishes in 2021!
