Booking for summer & winter 2020! We have beautiful lakeside cottage, weeks available from now through the summer! Located on Denbigh Lake. Known for bass, pike & walleye fishing! THE COTTAGE... *Large screened in front porch (entrance) *Wood burning fireplace for the cold nights *Main cottage air conditioned *3 bedrooms (One queen, one king, one bunk bed with queen & single mattresses) *One full bathroom *One toilet on main floor in laundry room *Large dining table that extends to suit your party *Attached dog house with fenced in pen *Walkout deck from the top floor with BBQ *2 large bunkies with lofts, fully insulated with electrical (Bunkie #1 has a queen bed & 2 single beds in the loft. Bunkie #2 has a king bed & loft where you could bring your own air mattress) *3 TVs (one with bell satellite. Bring your HDMI cords to hook up your own android boxes, laptops etc) *Unlimited internet *Home phone *Lots of parking *2 min drive to LCBO & variety store that serves hot meals & much more! THE OUTDOORS *Our waterfront is not ideal for swimming. But there is a boat launch 1 min down the road which has a shallow entry & is where we take the kids to swim on hot summer days *Brand new dock perfect for sitting by the water *Aluminum boat with oars perfect for fishing *Canoe with oars *Life jackets available for use *2 Fire pits *Lookout area *Lots of flat land at the front of the cottage perfect for kids running around or playing games THE WINTER *Denbigh lake is the PERFECT winter destination *Permanent fish huts on the lake from december - march *OFSC snowmobile trails right at our doorstep

We love hearing from our renters. The good the bad & the ugly. It allows us to see from someone else’s perspective what we could possibly change or add to make the experience better for everyone. With this being our first year owning & renting the cottage, we had our doubts. Will people enjoy it just as much as we do. Will our hard work have paid off.
