We are Engaged ! Last night the love of my life asked me to marry him! A moment I have been dreaming about since our first year together. I can’t wait to share the story with all of you but for today we are celebrating and taking it all in. I am in the most beautiful space, taking it all in and I am so looking forward to seeing everyone and hugging in real life!... What a way to end 2020. We met 7 years ago online and the moment we met in person I instantly felt at home. He was home to me. Six months before we met I had an extremely difficult year and I was so ready for change. I was done with feeling so alone and so afraid. I remember sitting down to read my first ever Louise Hay book you can heal your life. That night I realized I had so much more power over my life than I had ever believed. I spent the next 6 months in a personal breakthrough program and had a goal to meet the man of my dreams on March 3 2013 and we met on April 3 2013. Like you can’t make this stuff happen!! Our love is pure, rooted in respect, passion, ease, joy and purpose. None of this would have been possible if I didn’t choose me first. The timing of our engagement and my upcoming free masterclass is what I call ‘alignment’. It’s time to ELEVATE your self-love so you can reap the rewards of your success. I have been reflecting on this year as I’m sure you have too. Here is where I am at with 2020, beyond grateful for the moments I have gained and equally as sad for the moments that did and didn’t happen. The duality of being a human, woman, partner, mother and business owner has been about riding the wave of life with a feeling of honour and not out of spite. ... Which includes practicing the wave of emotions. The rise of love and deep experiences of fear. Moving through feelings of pure empowerment and knowing I am making an impact in the world to feeling absolutely powerless because I felt at times I wasn’t doing enough. The key for me has been focusing on my inner work. Trusting that the more I receive the more I can give. Some of the most precious lessons I learned this year To stay in my own ‘meat suit’ Let me explain, I am an empath, I have the ability to jump into your shoes, feel what you feel, see it, understand it and meet you where you're at to better serve and guide you as a coach. It’s a profound skill I have mastered in almost 10 years of serving clients. However, I hadn’t yet mastered the skill in my personal life and thanks to my coaches and healers I can now say I am the master of this. I am free from feeling powerless and responsible for fixing everyone (including the world). Community and leadership are essential as a mother and business owner I joined a 12 month program and because of this community I was able to work through so many blocks to pivot when the world shut down and I am continuously growing. I am able to lead my community because I am being led. Like I said ‘essential’. I am a Generator and everything about it has led me to an even deeper understanding of who I am. Listening to my sacral has ignited every level of my soul. Love, Play, Pleasure, Desire and Sex are the keys to a blissful relationship with myself and partner. The divine feminie has been unleashed and I am on a journey to deepen the connection with myself and my partner. Today I choose ease and invite joy into my life The very thing we need the most will often feel impossible to have. Lean into what you desire, listen to the whisper, trust the spark, do the thing, express yourself, choose kindness and remember when you choose you, you are creating a new path and YOU are so worthy of that.
