It’s a BRAND NEW YEAR. Clean slate. 2020 is DONE. Let’s make 2021 a year to remember for GOOD reason... What’s one big goal you’d like to go after this year, if you didn’t have to be realistic?... This week and this year! I have a BIG CHALLENGE for you that has the power to reshape your entire life. Take a second right now to think of at least one BIG goal. Did a little voice in your head immediately start telling you to be more realistic? That’s the voice of your LIMITING BELIEFS and it’s what’s really standing between you and your goals and dreams. How many times have you seen something that you’ve wanted in your own life, and thought, Yeah, but . Too many times we don’t realize we have those beliefs because we’ve carried them for so long often since childhood! We automatically think that certain things are for other people. Your REAL CHALLENGE is to shut down those beliefs and let them go, so you can start allowing yourself to reach your potential! So: this week be open to recognizing your limiting beliefs when they pop up and then turn them around by thinking of a reason why you CAN and SHOULD! Let’s kick things off this year by sharing ONE BIG GOAL that you have for yourself this year. :) See more

. Every conversation I have with women starts with ‘I just want to feel better in my own skin.’ The next question I ask is what are you doing to get there?... Most say...nothing. I get it Mama, life is BUSY. The mental load is REAL. It doesn’t feel like you could actually take on another task. But without taking action, without putting your needs on the front burner, without making changes to the way you are surviving your current situation you won’t get to feeling better. The pain, the exhaustion, the mood swings and the endless guilt when it comes to food consumes women daily. But when it comes to putting their needs first, it’s like the pain and exhaustion aren’t that bad and don’t require immediate attention. YOU matter. YOU are important. YOUR health is crucial to keep the family unit running. Over this next week I challenge you to start small. Start with imperfect action. Start the New Year. You don’t need to get started with all the ‘right’ foods or buy yourself all the cute leggings from Lululemon. All you need to do is start with a few small changes that will make a massive difference in how you feel and your energy levels. Here are some to get you started: . Don’t worry about how much water you are currently consuming. Work on increasing that number until you eventually get to 2 litres a day. . YUP! Every meal...including breakfast :) Pick one of these and implement it for an entire week. After that choose another from the list and implement it along with the first for another week, and so on. - . Maybe 10 lbs, 30 lbs, 50 or more - for whatever the reason. So you sign up with the latest ‘beach body’ coach on instagram that promises a beach body (obvi - it’s the name of the company!) So you go ALL in, motivation is high and you are ready for the ‘shred’ diet. ... You lose the weight - like quickly. As much as 15 lbs in 3 weeks. You feel on top of the world. You crushed it. Pat on the back...you should be proud of yourself! Except now you are... Exhausted Constipated AF (like daaaays without any ) Your libido is drowning Your cravings are HIGH - mentally consuming high You miss pizza so so much Your moody, irritable, and a hot emotional mess Potentially you even notice... Your hair is falling out Your periods have disappeared Your snapping at your husband, your kids and even the amazon delivery guy for throwing your package instead of placing it nicely on your front step Question for ya...is it all worth it? Are those 15lbs lost worth feeling like garbage just to be ‘skinny’?? I would put a hard bet and say, it's not.
