Changing our eating habits may be one of the most difficult tasks in our lives... It's not easy giving up the foods we love. However the rewards for good health... and not overeating are well worth the struggle. As someone who was 252lbs 3 years ago it has been a long journey. The reality is that day by day you cannot let your guard down. Establishing good eating habits does not happen over night and learning never stops. Exercise is great but if your fuel is McDonald's then it's like running a Ferrari on 87 octane... It will run but you will kill the engine and it will never run like it's supposed too. Eliminating refined sugars is a great start insha'Allah In 2020 I fell back to 217.6lbs and started keto again at 213.6lbs (currently 201.6lbs) Never give up and the journey and struggle will always be there. Nothing worth anything came for free. My personal goal weight of 177-180lbs is where I am headed and the struggle to maintain it when I get there insha'Allah with be well worth it. The seasonal flu causes according to Health Canada 2.3 deaths for every 100,000 cases. In the USA 98% drop in the Flu??? Its not like they are the best at Social distancing. Protect the elderly and get back to Work. All else is an Economic & Social disaster.

I have been changing my lifestyle for the last 4 years Al Humdil'Allah... I am posting my recent Keto meals in hopes of inspiring people to change their habbits.... I really felt ashamed to be so overweight by neglecting good eating habbits. I reached as High as 252lbs and with keto as low as 182lbs.
