Up close and personal with our Bubble Waffle of the Week, Blueberry Crumble Pie! Blueberry and vanilla gelato, blueberry sauce, oat crumble and whipped cream bursting out of a freshly made bubble waffle! If you’re not feeling this flavour combo you can always create your own Bubble Waffle with two scoops of gelato, two toppings and a sauce of your choice. A heads up: Due to the made to order nature of the waffles and a time when we’re limiting the number of people in the shop at a time, we may ask you to hang out outside while you wait for your waffle to be made!

London Fog is new to the case and a crowd favourite already! Based on the hot beverage by the same name, London Fog involves loose leaf Earl Grey tea steeped in cream and a shot of vanilla. Subtle hints of citrus balance this sweet and almost warming flavour. Tea lovers, you don’t want to miss this one!

Whew, you blew us away with orders this past week! Thank you so much for your support and Parlour love. We thought wed post some info to clarify how were going to continue serving you until we can safely reopen the shop: Every Tuesday, well post the coffee, baking, and gelato flavours which are available that week. Youll have until Thursday at 8pm (or until the items sell out) to place an order. Orders will be available for pick up on Friday between 12-2. This ...is the only day of the week we do pickups but can try to accommodate pickups outside of that time, if necessary. We have been taking orders through email which are then confirmed and an invoice sent back to you with a direct link for pre-payment to facilitate a smooth, minimal contact handover on pickup day. This system may change slightly this coming week as we set up an online store for orders but stay tuned for the post on Tuesday to see if thats good to go yet. We know some of you were disappointed to see your favourites sell out quickly this past week but with only two of us running the show for now, supplies will be limited. This limited capacity also means that we cant offer any special order items on top of whats posted on Tuesdays. Hi everyone! We miss you. Hoping youre all holding up ok in this very strange time. Weve had a few messages from people who are running out of coffee beans and we just cant let that happen! The roaster is fired up and were now taking orders for pick up this Friday, April 10th between 12-3. 12oz bags of our classic medium roast Nicaraguan OR decaf Colombian are available to order for $18 + tax. If youd like the beans ground, we can do that for you at the time of pi...ck up to ensure freshness and proper grind. As an update to our post from earlier today, weve decided to close up shop for a little while. We already look forward to welcoming you back when the weathers a little warmer and were all a little safer. Well be open until 8 today so you can stock up on beans and gelato until next time. Well all need a little cold comfort in the next few days and weeks... We made it one day short of celebrating one year of The Parlour but February had an extra day, soooo....

Friends, we want to thank you so much for your support over the last few days. This is not how we imagined things would be on the eve of The Parlours one year anniversary but were still here, feeling thankful for this community, and will plan a proper birthday party after this has passed. In light of the current situation and without knowing how/if things may operate tomorrow, weve changed a couple things in the shop for today: seating has been removed all product...s will be served in to-go packaging no gelato sampling card payments only (tap preferred - all credit cards accepted) If youre stocking up on a bit extra right now, well have 750ml gelato jars ready to grab n go and 12oz bags of coffee (whole bean or ground) as well as a small range of baking. Regular scoops and coffee available as usual. Stay tuned for updates and well see you soon! See more

Temps above 0 = cold brew! Cold brew doesnt just mean forgetting your cuppa on the counter for an hour. Our cold brew is made with the same in-house roasted beans as our regular drip coffee but an 18 hour steeping process in cold water leaves out any hint of bitterness and gives it an even smoother, sweeter taste. Give it a try!
