Visited my fave pasta shop the other day again, the store looks great and maximum Covid protection in place. As a food critic from Quebec back in the day, I ca...nnot express the quality of their sauces. There's no need to mention the pastas available except, they are exceptional as well. This is my third review of one in particular, the Alfredo sauce and wanted to compare and evaluate the consistency through time. To truly experience this delectable sauce I tried a new recipe, pre-cooked bacon bits , chicken breasts chopped. and mushrooms and simply added the Alfredo. Wonderful!! A new sauce to try next week.
