The smell of caramelized onions is sooo delicious!!

I’m pretty excited to announce that I have perfected my VEGAN recipe for pastizzi !! I will start to take orders soon in limited amounts at first . I am very busy with my original fillings! ( Thank you everyone) the new dough is vegan as well as the filling which is a mock version of the ricotta filled!
