What impact does this have on pet oners? Effective May 19, veterinary services can resume all services by appointment. Animal services such as: Pet grooming services, Pet sitting services, Dog walking services, Pet training services, and Training and provision of service animals will also be allowed to resume services. Effective this Saturday, May 16, 2020, businesses that board animals (e.g., stables) may allow boarders to visit, care for, or ride their animals.
