The holiday season is traditionally filled with festive celebrations with family, friends and colleagues. This year, the restrictions on these types of gatherings may bring up feelings of loneliness, loss and conflict, in addition to coping with the additional stress of navigating relationships and commitments in a pandemic. Our usual methods of managing stress may not feel like it’s enough. Thankfully @babylonhealth has shared some of these quick tips for the holiday season!

Now’s the time to wear your festive earrings! They also make a great stocking stuffer. We have a whole rotating display at the front of our store. My favourite is definitely the Christmas trees!
