(@get_repost) Neck and shoulder workshop January 16, 12pm.... I always know when my cranial nerve is strained or tight. I find it harder to laugh or smile. My face feels tight. It almost feels like my brain is tight. I have a whole body of work that opens up the spine, back of the neck into the cranium and scalp. I'm an over thinker, worrier, concerned type. But, after this work I have been known to have laugh attacks. Lots of blood flow into the organs parasympathetic nervous system is activated. Open up increased blood flow to the vertebrae, shoulder girdle, neck, jaw. Different sizes of balls are needed which I will direct you to obtain either borrowing or purchasing or a bit of both.
