Wow, check out what just opened up 45 minutes north of highway 1 in Saskatchewan!! Palliser Regional Park Pickleball Courts are located on Lake Diefenbaker n...ear Riverhurst, SK. The courts are open for anyone to come out and enjoy! A small group of full time residents in the park worked together to make this possible with many financial contributions from individuals, the business community, a massive bottle drive and the Palliser Regional Park Board. The cost of this project was approx $80k with $30k of that donated in free labour from Chaplin Fabricating and Bauck Construction for these two fantastic courts, complete with wind screens. Palliser Regional Park Pickleball welcomes pickleball players to come for the day or camp at the park and stay awhile! Les terrains de pickleball du Palliser Regional Park sont situés sur le lac Diefenbaker près de Riverhurst, SK. Les terrains sont ouverts à tous et peuvent être utilisés par ceux et celles qui le souhaitent ! Un petit groupe de résidents à temps plein du parc a travaillé ensemble pour rendre ce projet possible grâce à de nombreuses contributions financières de particuliers, du milieu des affaires, d'une collecte massive de bouteilles et du conseil d'administration du parc régional de Palliser. Grâce aux 30 000 dollars de main-d'œuvre gratuite de Chaplin Fabricating et Bauck Construction, le coût de ce projet s'est élevé à 80 000 dollars pour ces deux fantastiques terrains équipés de pare-vent.
