Another sign delivered last night. This is one of our new Family Established signs. First we cut a 24 birch circle in 1/2 inch wood and stain the clients colours of choice. Then capital letter is carved into the birch and painted. Finally the script and block letters are cut in 1/2 inch birch and painted in colour of choice. Then it’s assembled. The three layers of birch give it a beautiful thick 3D affect ... $120 for this sign

Custom order. This was really fun to do. Client wanted to add some swirls and a butterfly It’s quite large 4 feet in total. Cut in birch ... Can’t wait to see the photos after they put it up
