Today is THE day! The ballroom is set for all of our guests; but first we have some housekeeping tips: 1. VIP guests your table owner has been sent an email with your table number, so please reach out to them for details on how the VIP section will work; 2. The VIP entrance is at the end of the hallway and clearly marked.... 3. The general admission entrance is the first doors in the hallway and is clearly marked. If you are the first to arrive please start the line-up here. 4. Please enter the Holiday Inn through the MAIN entrance. Please do NOT try to enter the Hotel through the far east doors, this is the character volunteer entrance and we would hate for the magic to be ruined for your little. 5. Please be modest at the candy/cupcake table to ensure that all of our guests have a chance to enjoy some treats. 6. Please be kind to our volunteers that are so generously giving their time to Cystic Fibrosis Canada. 7. If you are the winner of tickets please gain access to the ballroom via the VIP doors. 8. Before the big day we just have a few "housekeeping" reminders to make sure you are in tip-top shape for the Ball! 1. Please bring YOUR TICKETS! They help keep us organized and know who should be at the event! No tickets, no admission to the ballroom! 2. Dress Code: It is a Ball, so please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel special. Whether that is a ball gown, a cocktail dress or a costume- wear something that you are comfortable in! But we do encourage you to wear y...our best and brightest! (Shout-out to the young man who dressed as Elsa last year!) 3. If you choose, bring along some CASH for "extra" activities. -We have a Twoonie Raffle where you can win some extra goodies! - Finally, we have an AMAZING Silent Auction.. so maybe your credit cards? -We also have PROFESSIONAL photographers who will capture that special moment for $20 CASH! 4. COME EARLY!!! If you do not have a VIP table it is OPEN SEATING! So please arrive early to grab the best seats! 5. NEW FEATURE!! VIP guests! You will be granted access to the ballroom at 12:40! Where you will be escorted to your table by... who knows? Maybe Cinderella? 6. Please bring LOTS of extra patience... we know these lines can be long but all of the folks helping you along volunteer their time for this MAGICAL EVENT! *Note: Activities like face painting and crafts are included. Please eat lunch. The food only serve small appetizers during the Event!
