Due to the recent freezing rain and soft trail condition it is recommended to stay off the trails today. Our snow dogs and groomer are currently hard at work to make sure the trails are in peak conditions for the freezing temperatures tonight. Our fingers are crossed for great conditions as of tomorrow and for the rest of the week.

Happy story coming out of The Railyard in Truro, NS today! A missing dog was located with thanks to local drone operator and fat biker, Kevin MacLean! The snow ...cover prevented the dog's owners from being able to walk through the park to locate their favourite beagle. Could this be another reason to get a fat bike...? As of today January 9, 2021 the Railyard Mountain Bike conditions are: The Lower Stairway to heaven is still closed due to very poor conditions. The rest of the trails are looking good!... The Railyard Mountain Bike Information line is 902-956-1444.

Do you’re part and keep the jumps & park dialed for everyone! Respect the trail. Don’t walk/run over the jumps. Don’t litter, Pack your garbage out. Ride dirt not mud. If there is puddles, stay out. Know your limits, if ya can’t clear the first jump of the line it’s probably a good idea to practice on the easier lines. Sprocket chunking the lips trying to roll over them creates a lot of work to rebuild. Don’t make changes to the line.
