At this time of year, I plug in my slow cooker to have a Chaga / Reishi mushroom tea blend readily available, and begin adding warming spices such as ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to my teas and foods. So excited for a season of sweaters, scarves and soup! I start the day with drinking hot lemon water, and get my blood moving with exercise. I make ginger tea, garlic honey toast, or a fire cider when I feel any symptoms of a cold coming on. I wear the coziest socks to support... my kidneys, and (cold feet = cool kidneys!) Hello there everyone! I hope you are all having a beautiful summer. I am so grateful to be holding space for a few clients this summer, though have not returned to a full practice for yoga and massage. We have decided to do something different for education this year, and this pivot has created Wild Life Forest School. I look forward to sharing this with children and families in our community. I have also been working steadily on a new position with the Conscious Evolver system, and we are developing an online course and workshops that will be rolling out near Christmas. I will continue to offer Conscious Evolver coaching sessions, and private Yoga sessions as long as it is safe, and want to thank you for your continued support !!!
