We want to send a huge THANK YOU to Kelcom for their donation of face shields so we could get back to work with our amazing clients. This was a wonderful gesture of good will and generosity, and we are very much appreciative!!
We have resumed face-to-face services, with obvious modifications for the health and safety of our staff and clients. Things are a bit different, but it is so good to hear young voices in the centre again! We've missed everyone so much!
Important conversations about racism, equality, and justice should start at a young age. These resources can support your discussions at home as you answer questions and discuss values #promotelove #promoteacceptance #promotejustice
Teachable moments are plentiful in regular routines. Great ideas for enriching the things you are already doing! https://www.huffingtonpost.ca//teach-kids-life-skills_ca_5
50% off for a fantastic program!!!

An important update from the Ministry (via Autism Ontario) regarding the OAP: "Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are extending the March 31, 2020 deadline to submit your Ontario Autism Program registration form and supporting documents to be eligible for interim one-time funding. We will establish a new deadline at a future date." https://bit.ly/2UnR8b4

We had the incredible opportunity to meet and speak with Monique Taylor on behalf of all families and service providers who will be affected by this change. #autismprotest #fightthegoodfight
