Most people think they are moving in their hips and they aren’t. They move their pelvis instead of moving the leg bone in the pelvis. Do you want to know how well your leg bone is moving in the pelvis? Lay on your back with your feet on the on the floor now place your right ankle on your left knee? Does your pelvis shift or move? It ought not so you are using your pelvis to do a job that it is not really designed to do and this can contribute to back, SI or knee pain.
