Most people think they are moving in their hips and they aren’t. They move their pelvis instead of moving the leg bone in the pelvis. Do you want to know how well your leg bone is moving in the pelvis? Lay on your back with your feet on the on the floor now place your right ankle on your left knee? Does your pelvis shift or move? It ought not so you are using your pelvis to do a job that it is not really designed to do and this can contribute to back, SI or knee pain. Improving the function of your hips will help you better manage and dissipate load so you can get back to doing the things you love to do.

Feet - our first point of contact to the earth. So many of us have lost the fluidity of our feet. Toes are clenched, arches have "dropped" or bunions have grown. When we stand on our feet, we can't feel the energy from the earth to our feet. Do you want to bring back fluidity to your feet then take a tennis ball and roll it under each foot for about 2 minutes. Come back to standing and feel what is there......
