While navigating this challenging time of returning to school, I thought it might be helpful to have some resources for calming, mindfulness, and gratitude. Feel free to share with those who You think may need it. Whether our kids are returning to class in person, virtually, somewhere in between, or you are still unsure. Let’s be kind to ourselves and one another.

Things feel stressful right now. We may or may not be stuck making big decisions about kids returning to school. Find a place that feels calm and go there (physically or mentally) as often as you need. Also, reach out if you need some help. #yegtherapist #therapyislife #parenting

What a great idea!

While our worlds begin opening up we have put protocols in place to be able to connect with clients in person. We have PPE and gloves available for those who may want them. This may not be what we are used to seeing when connecting to our therapist. I am still here, grateful to be holding the space regardless.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I have definitely noticed my kids climbing into our bed more often than normal. This is a good reminder for me that while things are challenging for us at times, this change is hard for our kids too.
