Curtain call. Last listing of the year to hand over keys so we thought it would be fun to snap a few fun pics before the new owners arrived. Hands down one of the toughest deals to pull together this year. No one was in a rush to spend $2M + on a condo in 2020 even if it had 4 exclusive patios and 13 foot ceilings but we found a Buyer and they are over the moon about this place .... 2020 was puzzling at the start of March and frankly speaking, I don’t think a single agent in this town had a clue what to expect other than living off their savings and counting each deal as a blessing. I mean who the heck was going to buy or a sell a home during global health crisis that began fuelling a stock market meltdown right? Uhh....wrong. Strangely enough, this year turned out to be one of busiest for us I am still scratching my head wondering wtf just happened in the last 6 months of this year? All I can say is that it’s Dec 31st, 2020 today and my phone is still ringing I guess new years eve can wait, there are deals to be done. Not like I was doing anything tonight anyways.
