A wonderful start of the week and #mondaymotivation for all the #fitbeasts out there! This #exercise, the #singleleghipthrust is thoroughly underrated. Despite only being a #bodyweight movement, it works so well to help build up #corestrength as well as your hamstrings. A great and simple addition to any workout routine! #TheFitnessBeast

Time for some #saturdayshenanigans in my favorite or one of my favorite places in the world, the #gym fam! Today waa a legday and these were my #dumbbellsquats from today. 3 sets at 10 reps each with 100 lbs total added to my body weight, so 277 as of todays #weighin at 177 lbs this morning.. legs feel like mush as I do my cardio now, hah! #TheFitnessBeast

Hey to all my fellow #fitbeasts out there! Today was my #pushday and I was determined to really focus on #volumetraining and #timeundertension! I did 4 sets of the incline bench press at 15 reps per set with only 25 lbs, but still was able to bring my chest, shoulders, and arms to failure. Got a great arm workout slowing things way down for the movements. Remember, your body know NOTHING of the weights you lift, only your muscle tension! Food for thought!... #TheFitnessBeast

Happy Monday and another week to hit your #goals for all my fellow #fitbeasts and gymrats out there! Today was another #legday, and this #exercise focused mainly on the glutes! The lateral step with resistance bands around the ankles really forced yup to use a lot more leg strength stemming from your rear compared to when you place the band around your knee, or just above. Just make sure you're in a seated squat position when doing it to ensure proper muscle activation. ... I need to sit down more for next time! #TheFitnessBeast

It's time for some #Wednesdaywisom folks. Today was a cardio day, despite not working weights however, I ALWAYS work on #rehabilitation exercises for my overall #health and to recuperate my #frozenshoulder. Specifically working on my #rotatorcuff. I cannot stress this enough, especially as I do these routines for both shoulders now, WORK ON YOUR STABILITY MUSCLES! It will make you stronger overall, regardless of injuries. #TheFitnessBeast

#Transformationtuesday everyone! What are all the #fitbeasts doing out there today? For me, it was #legday and these were my #dumbbellbacklunges! 3 sets of 10 reps each at 90lbs plus body weight. So I am 176 lbs right now, which means the weight was roughly 266 pounds. Legs a burning, but you know, GO HARD OR GO HOME! ... We're all forced to stay home.. so I guess all that's left is to go hard!... #TheFitnessBeast
