Justine will be leading a sacred OM circle where all are welcome to join in or/and snack and mingle in Sanctuaris beautiful space. Letters and donations from the event will be gifted. Feeling totally blessed!! What a great day we had our second BOOST event and Ayrlie and I looked at eachother and said, win win win!! We started with a fantastic NIA dance class, shared in a delicious potluck lunch, then played with ink paints all while raising enough $$ to pay the full hydro bill for a family in need ANNDD provide gift cards, a couch, a tv, toys all which I will be dropping off on Friday the 20th.....we live in the very best place. Thank you community, your generosity is heart warming.

Couple more days until our next BOOST event. This one goes towards giving a local family a happy Christmas. We are accepting any form of donation as payment for the event . We have a list for the 5 children and hoping to raise $300 Monday December 16th at the retreat house 11am NIA class 12 noon pot luck lunch and 1pm art come to one part or all whichever youd like. These Things on the side are what we need or I need carpet cleaner since kids are potty training their dumping their potties .. we also need a couch. And rugs. Thoese are the bigger items. .. and understand if not possible.

Hello beautiful community. A story has been brought my way and we have a family who could really use our help. A single mama of 5 is struggling big time this season, in speaking to her she expressed that shes behind $300 in bills and is relying on food banks. When asked for a list of things she could use; so far; 2 metal baby gates with the bars . Ive asked for a list of things the kids need or would like and will post that info as soon as it comes. This BOOST event December 16th we are asking for a monetary donation or new or gently used item to help this family out. Please let us know if you can make it. Monday Dec 16th 11am-2pm Nia dance with Ayrlie followed by pot luck lunch chased by a cool art project which would make a great gift!!

Amma.....I would never miss a chance to be in her presence! I swear I get as much from sitting and watching her embrace, and laugh and sympathize with people as getting a hug myself. She just loves and loves and its such a privilege to witness. I smiled when I saw this picture so now it hangs on the fridge :) Ammas teaching is about joy and light, she definitely carries that childlike spark and she deeply cares about EVERYTHING!! I mean I find we kind of have our things tha...t we focus on but Amma is caring for the planet, the impoverished, the education system, healthcare, and on and on. She blows me away and reminds me that one person sure can make huge differences. Ok WOW, So impressed!!!! Our backyard is just incredible. Visited a friend who works at #purplehilllavender in Creemore and got a full tour where I got to volunteer in the fields. :) was such a treat! Spring Cleaning is in full effect thanks to Joanne @thehealingcuisine.
