A few spots remain for this week's inspired meal. (Sept 11th) The first of the two meals for the month of September. Menu is as follow:... First Course: Crispy pork belly with maple soy glaze, snap pea salad, and pickled radish. OR Cream of broccoli with smoked cheddar and garlic oil and toasted almonds. Main Course: BC Salmon papillote with carrot ginger broth, leeks, and baby potato ragout. OR Roasted duck breast with Puy Lentils, butternut squash, and orange vinaigrette.
