1...2...3... and LEFTOVER (monster sized) BREAD is ready! I call it leftover bread because I'm using some ingredients left over in my fridge and it makes a perf...ect and unique bread! Ingridients & prep: 100 g any kind of cheese, 100 g salami/ham/(precooked)sausage ((again whatever is left over!)and 80 g red bell pepper/green olives put into bowl for 4s/speed 5. Add 700 g flour, 40 g fresh yeast, 2 teaspoons of italian seesoning (or your favourite), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 10 g salt and 2 min/knead setting. Take out into two small loaf pans or one big loaf pan and leave for 30 minutes.
