The OLD POST Office Condominium 05.10.2020

Step by step, deal by deal, building by building. The change is real and it's now. No longer speculative. My personal dream to live and work in a vibrant, architecturally significant, historically authentic urban neighborhood is now manifest. Thanks to so many partners who have worked for 25+ years to make this real. It's a very long list of visionaries, some now passed. #gratitude #lovelifeuptown #livelifeuptown #Uptownmomentum

One of the MOST fascinating looks into the past I've seen. Saint John almost 100 years ago. So many familiar sights and buildings.

From about 2008 until 2011 the second floor at The Royal, where units 201,202,and 203 now are. The entire spare was wide open and was used as an event venue, some pretty swank events were held there. When the building was The Post Office, this was the main mail sorting area. Quite a transformation has taken place.
