Thank you to everyone involved in this for representing the teachers of Saskatchewan!
Good afternoon! Members - Please check your email for a survey from Regina Public Schools. This survey is asking for feedback, comments, concerns, etc about your experience with remote learning as a teacher and employee of Regina Public Schools. We encourage you to fill in this survey if you are able to! Community Members - If you are a Regina Public family, you should be receiving a link to a separate survey asking about your experience with remote learning. You have until January 29th to complete this survey and tell our division about how remote learning went for your family.

This event will take place November 18 from 7 to 8 p.m.... Three teachers from Sun West School Division, Carly Robson Gilchrist, Pam Sawatzky and Amber Thompson will share their research findings and reflect on what has changed since their research was completed last year. They will be joined by Dr. Debbie Pushor from the College of Education, University of Saskatchewan, and Derek Barss, Senior Administrative Staff from the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation. The conversation will focus on the importance of parent engagement and how it is best accomplished in times of public health orders and restrictions on school buildings. Today, as our high school teachers move into a new model of teaching, these words could not ring more true. Students need to feel safe, loved, and cared for right now. You need to take care of yourself. Make those priorities as we approach this new way of doing things.
"I think a hero is any person really intent on making this a better place for all people." - Maya Angelou Today we honour our veterans from Treaty 4, including the Indigenous veterans. Teachers acknowledge this sacrifice and appreciate your service.

Reminder to keep our schools safe today as you go out and vote! Wear your mask, sanitize and social distance! Remember to be safe out there with all this snow!
