Hello Ruby Friends and Family! This Wednesday we will get back to regular service at The Ruby on Johnson. We are very excited to see you all again. It has been a very long three and a half months and we feel ready to do this! Since we last saw you, we have been working on a few things we’d like to tell you about:... A new 30 seat patio on Johnson Street. The sun hits it at about 9am and it is nice and spacious! Tuned up our drink menu! Summer time patio drinks! Eight new menu items in addition to the full menu from before! We added a Rice Bowls section with Tuna Poke, Teriyaki Chicken, Lamb Kofta and a killer veggie bowl. Pics to come! Tuned up the restaurant. Brand new finish on all the tables, restructured to meet Dr. Bonnie’s requirements and just gave it the love it deserved! We will be open 8am-2pm seven days per week to start. We will expand those hours as the weeks go on so keep an eye on our socials for changes. See you soon!
