Just landed, Carbon X version 2, for the gals and then gents. One can always tackle some speed even if there are not any races. Carbon plate and fast!!

Clinic and where we are...At this point in time and with the guidelines put out by our BC Health Minister, the runners’ den is unable to have any of it’s regular training groups. We are working behind the scenes to have programs available once it is deemed safe to have groups gather and be in close proximity during athletic training. We miss all the training sessions we are used to providing at the start of Jaunary, so if we can help with keeping you motivated please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help keep you getting out the door. Happy Running until we meet in person!

With a new year in sight, we look back and say thank you to all our supporters, and look forward to a better new year. Best wishes and see you soon from all of us at the den! We will be closed tomorrow but open again on the 2nd regular hours 10-5.

It’s time for our Annual Boxing Week Sale. Starting Dec 26th 9:00am. until 4pm. This year things will look a little different as we continue to abide by Health Regulations which will limit the number of people in the shop at any given time. Also, with some hiccups in supply chains this year we will not have clothing sales like we have in the past. Our sale on our shoes will run until January 3rd so the Boxing Week shopping can be spread out. Thanks for all the support this year and look forward to a better 2021!

A huge thanks to everyone who donated jackets, warm clothes and gloves/tukes. We dropped off today at POCO Shelter on Gordon and were they ever happy to get all the donations. It’s great when you are able to help your community in a small way!
