Cobourg, we’re headed your way next Thursday! If you live within a 15 min drive north or south of the 401 as far as Cobourg, we’ll bring beer to your door for free with a minimum $50 beer order. Order online by 9 am Thursday, Jan 21, select Durham/York Region Home Delivery at checkout and we’ll look after you! (N.B. You will need to be home to receive beer. We check age of majority from a distance/through a window for everyone’s safety.) For this one-off delivery run, we're heading east from Ajax along the 401 as far as Cobourg. We deliver to homes in South Durham as far as Bowmanville every Wednesday!

Today’s the day! We’re 5. Having flashbacks of our first day pouring beer, the outpouring of love and support from our community. To thank you, this year’s party features live music from a stellar list of artists who have a special connection to the brewery. Where there’s snow, there’s Spice Factory. Our winter warmer is back, right on time, and this year in cans! Smooth and warming, Spice Factory is an artful blend of rich malts, ginger, nutmeg and allspice. It’s available now in our retail store, in person and online, and you’ll be seeing it in the LCBO starting in December.

It’s beer release day! In the absence of an operating ski lift we took this photo on the dizzying heights of our parking lot snowbank. Introducing Lift Ticket, a crushable, refreshing pale ale featuring fruity, citrusy, floral Cascade hops. Cold, high winds and driving rain were no match for the success of last Sunday's outdoor Christmas Market! It was awesome to see vendors busy and selling out on a day when the weather was about as bad as it could be. (And we loved that our beer garden was full for much of the day... even *outside* the tent... in the rain THANK YOU, FRIENDS.) Tomorrow our south parking lot becomes an outdoor Christmas market, brought to you by Uxbridge Farmers Market Canada! This event replaces UFM's annual holiday market in the Uxbridge Arena hall. Layer up in something warm and waterproof, tie on a mask, and see what the more than 30 vendors have in store. Our beer garden and retail store will be open 10 am till 6 pm! During the market, access our parking area using Cedar & King streets.

In light of the provincial shutdown, we’ve made a few changes to our holiday hours. We’ll be closed Sunday, December 27, but then open for a short time Monday, December 28 so you can pick up some fresh beer for The Second Wedge's Rockin' Anniversary 5 livestream party. We’ll continue to operate as a retail store only until further notice, with limited-capacity shopping indoors, and optional curbside pickup.
