The last few weeks have been crazy and it's time to turn to my neglected garden, that survived a hail storm, wintery conditions in July and my negligence. Here's one of my favourite delicacies, zucchiniflowers. Quickly fry them up in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add to your salad or your meal. It's wonderful and simple, try it! What a great event! Thank you to all the budding entrepreneurs, the judges and the Whistler Centre for Sustainability for their enthusiasm and hard work and everyone who came out to support our passion project. Also a very heartfelt thank you to my very special friends and family for the support and the biggest cheering in the house! ~ ~ For the last three months I have spent every non biking minute thinking, talking and working with The Seed Box startup. There were many m...any ups and many lows but in three months we have created a small idea into a big product and an even bigger vision! The pitch at the Social Venture challenge was the first step, which made me more confident and proud to keep bringing seeds and vegetables to your home.
