No one mentions you need to be up at 5:00 AM to prepare for being on the @ctvmorninglive at 7:00... 2. Lions in the Grass could end up as both No. 1 AND No. 2 in hot new Amazon releases 3. Book Fairies can be auto corrected to Book ferries and you won’t even notice 4. Writing a book could change your life’s direction and you can end up consulting in industries you never expected. Last week was definitely interesting! When other authors said that writing and publishing a book would change my life... I nodded politely and replied, That would be fantastic, but deep inside I remained...half non-believer and half cautiously optimistic ... Then, we hit the print button, and everything changed. Everything. The first was a call asking if I would consult for one of the Province’s largest employers, 40,000 people strong. The second was a call about consulting for a Provincial political party. The third was being interviewed by US political journalists regarding my opinion on the their Presidential race and how the elements I wrote about in Lions were impacting the American population. OK...now I get it....those authors were right...the book changed my life in ways I could never have considered. Humbling, exhilarating, terrifying, challenging and soooo gratifying! If you have ever considered writing a book, you must do it. As so many authors said before...it will change your life, in ways you won’t expect. Tell your story. Share it with the world!
