Thank you to our customers, who are showing such respect and care for one another in social distancing etiquette, when visiting the warehouse storage site. Please know our amazing staff are cleaning all access points through the day - and offer anti-bacterial wipes for anyone unlocking their unit For office visits please limit visitors to one - and observe tape on the floor, indicating a sensible distance to maintain when paying account etc.... Access hours are reduced to six hours daily, from 10-4:00 Monday through Sunday. All late fees are waived for April & May to remove stress. If you would prefer not to come in to pay rent for your unit, you are welcome to pay via phone, or mail in a cheque without time pressures. Postal box customers can call ahead if they wish, and have their mail brought out of the building, upon their arrival. Or we can forward the mail to their home address, without service charge. Regretfully, we have closed our public washroom for now, and hope our customers understand it is for their health & safety. Bottom line - we will do what we can to stay open as long as possible, so that our customers have access to their personal belongings stored here. This is a challenging time, but we are daily encouraged observing the little acts of kindness, & innovation our fellow human beings display under pressure. Stay safe, stay true.
