This group supports individuals who have chosen to abstain (or are considering abstinence) from any type of addic...tive behaviors substances, activities, or both. Participants are taught how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions while working towards long-term satisfaction and quality of life. There are 3 SMART Recovery sessions running by different facilitators. Group members are more than welcome to join as many as they choose. Please note group is offered on the Zoom platform and is open to all folks in the community. Please contact your Recovery West worker to register.
