Our outdoor Total Body Boot Camp continues for 6 more weeksFridays at 9 am (75 min) in front of the Visitor Center in Chemainus. IT’S NOT TOO LATE to join in for some summer fitness fun! We start each workout with a dynamic warmup, then cardio conditioning, followed by strength training (bring your own resistance bands or buy a set for $ 5 from us), core conditioning and a nice cool down yoga stretch. These classes are for all levels ... Feel free to stop by, have a look, ask questions. Classes are Pay-What-You-Can. Pre-register at least 24h in advance at www.vagaro.com/theshiningtreestudio/ COVID-19 precautions in place. All participants must maintain 6’ (2m) separation.
